Mommy Makeover

Patient 1. This is a 50-year-old woman who desired a Mommy Makeover. She was interested in rejuvenation of her breast shape and improvement of her abdomen. She had several Cesarean sections which had weakened the muscles of the lower abdominal wall which is apparent in the preoperative photograph. In addition, her breasts have lost the upper pole volume and shape due to her pregnancy. An abdominoplasty was performed with muscle placation to repair the diastasis recti or weakened and separated condition of the abdominal wall muscles. At the same time, subglandular placement of 400 cc smooth round silicone implants was carried out. These photos are taken six months postoperatively and demonstrate the improved shape of the breasts and abdomen. The abdominoplasty scars and belly button scars are expected to improve dramatically over the next one to two years. Her preoperative height and weight was 5'5", 155 pounds and B cup. Postoperatively she is a full C cup. Procedures performed: Mommy Makeover.

Breast Enlargement/Breast Implants & Liposuction

Patient 2. This patient is a 20-year-old, 162 pound, 5'9" female who desired contouring of her hips, lower abdomen, and upper thighs. She was also interested in achieving better breast shape with more fullness. She was a size 38B. The Mommy Makeover procedures performed were power-assisted liposuction of the hips, lower abdomen and upper and inner thighs. Two thousand cc's of fat was removed. In regard to her breasts, a bilateral sub-glandular breast augmentation using a Mentor smooth, round moderate plus profile 375 cc silicone implant was used. Photos were taken at six months. Breast Enlargement / Breast Implants & Tummy Tuck

Patient 3. This patient is a 5'2", 118 pound, 46-year-old female who presented with an interest in improving the appearance of her abdomen and achieving fuller breasts. Abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, with muscle plication and diastasis repair was performed. A bilateral subglandular breast augmentation with the use of Mentor smooth, round saline implants filled to 215 cc was also performed. Photos at one year. Patient 4. This patient is a 5'2", 117 pound, 38-year-old, female who presented to address the excess skin overhanging her caesarian section scar as well as improving the shape of her breasts with a breast lift. Patient 5. This Mommy Makeover patient is a 28-year-old, 134 pound, 5'6" female who desired body contouring specifically of the abdomen and breasts. She was looking for a modest enhancement of her breasts and a 'tighter and flatter' abdomen. Bilateral, submuscular breast augmentation using a Mentor, smooth, round, moderate profile saline breast implant filled to 245 cc. Photos were taken at six months.
