Breast Enlargement
Procedures performed: This 24 year-old woman desired breast enhancement. She is 5 feet, 104 pounds and was a small B-cup. Saline breast implants were placed using the trans-axillary endoscopic approach into the submuscular position. She now enjoys a medium to full C-cup with improved contour, balance and self-esteem, without scars on her breasts.

Breast Enlargement
Procedures performed: This 55 year-old woman had considered breast augmentation for many years, wondering whether time had passed her by. She simply wanted to return to the size she had been prior to children to restore her body image and look better in clothing. A submuscular dual-plane augmentation was performed with saline implants to produce this result.

Breast Lift
Procedures performed: This 52 year old woman was unhappy with the shape of her breasts. She noted that her nipples pointed downward and her tissues were soft and sagging. Since she did not want a change in size, a vertical, or "French" technique breast-lift was recommended. With this technique, incisions are made around and below the nipple - without a long incision in the fold beneath the breast. After one year the scars are beginning to fade and further improvement is expected still. The breast shape and nipple position is enhanced with no alteration of size.
