Breast Reconstruction, Breast Lift

Patient 1. This is a 16 year old who presents with a developmental breast asymmetry, also called a constricted or tuberous breast. Her left breast was an A cup and her right breast was a C cup. The initial surgical procedure performed was placement of a Mentor tissue expander in the left breast. This was filled with 360 cc's of normal saline. After expansion was complete a permanent Mentor 520cc saline was implanted in the left breast and a vertical mastopexy was performed on the right breast. Breast Enlargement / Breast Implants & Breast Lift

Patient 2. This patient is a 17-year-old, 140 pound, 5'9'' female who presents with a bilateral tuberous or "constricted" breast condition. She is currently a cup size B. The breast lift procedure performed was a bilateral sub-muscular breast augmentation with vertical mastoplexy. A 325 cc Mentor smooth, round moderate plus profile implant was used.
