Breast Reconstruction, Breast Lift
Patient 1. This is a 16 year old who presents with a developmental breast asymmetry, also called a constricted or tuberous breast. Her left breast was an A cup and her right breast was a C cup. The initial surgical procedure performed was placement of a Mentor tissue expander in the left breast. This was filled with 360 cc's of normal saline. After expansion was complete a permanent Mentor 520cc saline was implanted in the left breast and a vertical mastopexy was performed on the right breast.
