Patient 1. This patient is a 23-year-old woman with nicely shaped B cup breasts who had desired to be a full C, small D cup. She is 5’8”, 140 pounds. The right breast, nipple and inframammary fold are slightly lower than the left. Bilateral subglandular augmentation was performed with 400 cc Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel implants. These photos are taken six weeks after surgery and demonstrate how quickly a beautiful result can be achieved with the correct operation. Procedures performed: Breast Implants

Patient 2. This patient is a 42 year old who desired a full C-cup enhancement. She was 5’1” tall and weighed 108 pounds. A 225 cc cohesive silicone gel implant was chosen, and since she was quite thin, the submuscular placement helped provide better cushioning over the implant and reduce rippling. Notice the pre-existing asymmetry; it’s still present but slightly less noticeable post-op.
